¤ Do you offer Towing Services?
Yes, we offer towing service through Todisco Towing at 617-951-0600. It is available 7 days a week 24hr including holiday. It will be towed to our facilities. All charges will be billed to us and will be collected to your insurance company.
¤ Do you offer Car Rental Service?
We can make arrangements with a car rental company that will meet you at our facilities. You can pick up the rental car at our address. The car rental will be billed directly to your insurance company unless your policy states otherwise.
¤ How soon can I leave my vehicle for it to be repaired?
If you cannot drive your car, you can leave it with us immediately or set up an appointment.
¤ How long will the repairs to my vehicle take?
When you drop off your car, we'll give you an approximate date. That depends on the part availibility and the approval from the insurance for any additional repairs if necessary.
¤ How will I know when my car is done?
You will be noified a day in advance when your car will be ready to be picked up. Feel free to call or email us during the repair process if you have any questions or concerns.
¤ Do I have to pay a deductible?
The deductible is your responsibility if you are at fault. If you are not reponsible for the accident, the deductible will be payed by the other party. Insurance company usually determines who is at fault. If you are not sure about your deductible, call the insurance company for more information.
¤ Who do I pay my deductible to?
If your deductible is not waived, you have to pay it to "Angelo's Auto Body" at the time of the pick up of the car.
¤ What forms of payment do you accept?
We only accept cash and checks.
¤ Who is responsible for the quality of repairs?
We, at "Angelo's Auto Body," are responsible for the quality of the repairs and offer a lifetime guaranty.
¤ Who is responsible for the Repair Bill?
Ultimatly, the vehicule owner is responsible for the repair bill. However the insurance company has the obligation to pay the insured for the repairs. You need to sign "Direction To Pay" which gives the authorization to pay us directly.
